Leading 764 Members Leonidas Varagiannis and Prasan Nepal Arrested
Nepal, North Carolina, and Varagiannis, a US citizen residing in Thessaloniki, Greece, are facing charges for their roles as operators of the 764 sextortion network. They were known as Trippy and War. 764 now exists as a mostly open source abstraction, multiplying itself under different brands which frequently compete with one another.
If you know anything about any assortment of chronically online perverts, two things are consistently true. They gatekeep and they fight. Part of the enjoyment of what they do is the status it affords them, and this means having rivals to prove yourself against. The Com are no exception.
This means if one gets caught they’ll likely take pleasure in throwing others under the bus. They’re not the mafia. Child predators and zoosadists don’t operate by a code of honor. They’ll ID other perverts with enthusiasm.

According to the affidavit in the District of Columbia, 764 is a network of nihilistic violent extremists who engage in criminal conduct in the United States and abroad, seeking to destroy civilized society through the corruption and exploitation of vulnerable populations, which often include minors.
According to Fushigi Observer, 764 was a loosely affiliated collective of dysgenic, porn sick weirdos who found belonging among other dysgenic, porn sick weirdos. At least one of its offshoots exists on the surface web, with Cloudflare’s blessing, where it is used to advocate for Million Pity and the distribution and promotion of CSAM. They have no meaningful agenda to speak of, they enjoy what they do and the attention it affords them.
Like adjacent groups which also focus on cruelty to animals or children, they are inclined towards escalation. If a group idealises spree killers and murderers for long enough, one of them will eventually escalate to getting their hands dirty. This is an absolute consistent. Given enough time and freedom, it only ever gets worse. We could call it the Stacey Effect, in reference to how one woman saw the general abuse of animals on YouTube and went on to pioneer tailor made rape and torture content as a standard practice.
The only way is ever down deeper, there is never any question of tempering or turning back, unless it serves a strategic purpose.
I do not believe ideology is an overarching aspect of 764, and it would not have been a motivating factor for War and Trippy. More often than not, weird perverts just want to be seen as more than just that, and will adopt ideologies as a sort of dressing or decorative element. The fact is, Trippy and his people groomed children into self harm and filming their pets being tortured because they enjoyed doing that. Not to advance the noctulian subversion of the Abrahamic aeonic order or whatever goofy nonsense they’d like us to be talking about.
And sadly what Government departments seem to be talking about.
Contrary to what is frequently suggested by media outlets, Com groups are not ‘O9A affiliated’. There is no such thing as affiliation to Order of Nine Angles. Order of Nine Angles is essentially a body of occult and hermetic literature. Saying you’re affiliated to O9A is like saying you’re affiliated to Dungeons and Dragons.
Anyone who wishes to adopt O9A aesthetics, rituals or terminology can do so freely and towards any end. That being said, it is a banner that has been adopted primarily by edgelords and oddballs of all persuasions and is increasingly indicative of something to be avoided.
The fact still remains, there is no official mouthpiece for O9A who ever said “You are required to do stupid and/or immoral things.”
And even if they did say that, it would be your own dumbass fault for paying attention.
I forget that we are in fact dealing with dumbasses.
Temple ov Blood, an utterly surreal FBI glow op and pseudo nexion has done irreparable damage to the credibility of O9A. Unless you believe any attention is good attention I suppose, and Com types absolutely do. ToB is the path of least resistance when it comes to cultivating an edgy look, a quick way to give your sextortion Discord server a ‘sinister‘ value, an entirely decorative and spiritually hollow background detail. But it gets attention.
Well they think that all attention is good attention. But when it involves the rest of your life being spent in supermax and the Internet laughing at your mugshot, maybe that attitude shifts somewhat. I really doubt Nepal is having a good time right now.
And I doubt his co conspirators are feeling too great either, just waiting for that knock. ‘Trippy’ and ‘War’ will be singing like birds. When it comes down it, the only thing these people have is one another, and they are also each others own worst enemy. These are communities rife with backstabbing, where the best opsec is compromised by single instances of misplaced trust.
To date, Com groups are the only advocates we have seen for primate zoosadists. The only notable support base for primate zoosadists. Other zoosadists have a vague awareness and interest in primate zoosadism, but no serious, working in interest where they’ve adopted their terminology.
We have seen child sextortion groups use the term Karen for instance, on their surface web outlets. This is in direct and specific reference to primate zoosadists and in primate zoosadist threads.
Com groups have worked to actively create distribution models for baby monkey torture, as an aside to their CSAM and child sextortion endeavors. These attract a different audience to Telegram, and previous primate zoosadism imageboards.
Com groups have embraced the sadistic, pedophilic themes that characterize primate zoosadism and understand its potential for shock value. They tend to be more tech savvy than at least the average ‘monkey hater’ and were they to go beyond exploiting content for shock value and into creation, we would see a serious escalation from where we are already at.
As it is, the current primate Zoosadism ringleaders would not want to cede ground to Com groups, however, community members will invariably follow content. I make a conscious effort to look out for 764 imagery on Telegram, I would urge anyone who is aware of Com group members having involvement in primate zoosadism to raise this here. In a situation where splinter groups routinely fragment into offshoots, we benefit from having eyes in different camps and relaying information to where it could perhaps be better utilized.
Look at them and laugh.
I am reluctant to name groups that have descended from 764 for fear it would represent promotion, but a sentiment I have seen repeated is that they are on potentially borrowed time. It falls on the authorities to action serious investigations, once they do, it doesn’t take long for key players to go down.
Unlike arrests for zoosadism, sentencing for extortion based zoosadism and child sexual abuse tends to be proportionate. We’re talking never seeing the outside of a prison again proportionate. Those who can be deterred will be, those remaining are going to be the worst of the worst who get what they deserve.
As it stands, the greatest deterrent for zoosadism activity is reputational damage. And even then, most people have no idea that people build identities and social lives around torturing and raping animals. And even if they’re told, they don’t want to hear about it, or accept their loved ones are involved in that. And even if they are made to accept it, they won’t be equipped to see through zoosadist talking points and appeals to emotion they’ll be subject to, and will often forgive them.
Zoosadists know this, and they are thriving in a climate of ignorance and apathy.
764 types are the other hand are a more known quantity. All the O9A and Roblox and Discord stuff aside, child abuse is child abuse and the system is prepared to deal with it.
As much as a celebration of these arrests, this is an appeal to anyone better acquainted with the Com to contact me if there are any instances of primate zoosadism being discussed or shared in their closed circles. This information can be cross referenced against existing archives and allow us to look out for these individuals if they join zoosadism groups.
